Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at X Recruitment, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting industry professionals to join our team of interviewers. You will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process.
  • Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages with candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with recruiting software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
